Friends of Keytesville, Inc.
The Friends of Keytesville focuses on preserving Keytesville's history, through its stewardship of the Sterling Price Museum as well as historical sites in the town. The organization funds their work through grants and fundraisers throughout the year. The Friends meet four times a year, typically held the second Sunday of the month in January, April, July, and October. The Friends meet at the Sterling Price Museum and the Keytesville Housing Community Room.
Keytesville Lions Club
The Keytesville Lions Club is a chapter of Lions Club International, the world's largest service club organization. The Keytesville Lions Club endeavors to improve the quality of life for members of the Keytesville community through activities focused on saving eyesight, relieving hunger, protecting the environment, and reaching out to our youth. The club hosts charitable events year-round and is always welcome to new members to share in our highly rewarding experiences. The Lions Club meets the first Thursday of each month at 6:30pm at the Keytesville Community Center. New members are always welcome, talk to a member to learn more!

Chariton County Heritage Tours, Inc.
Chariton County Heritage Tours provides tour packages to those visiting the county, produces informative brochures on the county's history, and works to promote events within the county. CCHT meets four times a year, typically held the second Monday of the month in March, June, September, and November at 7pm. Meeting locations vary throughout the county. Sterling Price Days Steering Committee
The Sterling Price Days Committee works to bring a fun-filled and family-oriented weekend each year. A Keytesville tradition going back more than 50 years, Sterling Price Days are typically held the second weekend in September, and draws both the local community and visitors. The Chariton County Economic Development Corporation is a nonprofit organization organized under the Missouri Nonprofit Corporation Law. With a focus on bettering the community, the CCCED supports community and economic development, education, natural resources and the environment, health care, and research operated primarily in Chariton County, Missouri. Dred and Lula Finnell Trust
The Dred and Lula Finnell Trust serves an an charitable organization focused on promoting the Keytesville community and furthering the education of Keytesville High School graduates. The Trust provides grants each year for local, non-profit organizations as well as grants for students in college or technical schools.
